Far exceeded expectations!
Wish this was more available. It is avery useful geography and history lesson. Combined with the stirrunf\g tale of war and struggle. A dynamic read.
If you have any interest in the Civil War at all you must have this book! I have read some of Mr. Moore's other work and this is top notch. The book is also a valuable resource for modern day Wilmington as far as locating important sites in the city today.
