This cookbook is gorgeous and the recipes look amazing. I especially love the menu ideas for holidays. Buying a few more as gifts!
I tried a couple of recipes but wondered whether the ingredients were correct. For example, the carrot cake used a large quantity of baking powder and bi-carb and tasted bitter. A recipe for pumpkin turned out oily and mushy. The book no longer resides at my home!
The book is beautiful. I'm excited to try the recipes.
